Frequently asked questions
My dear friend! we raise our animals at a good cost to keep them well fed, and happy. we have to make a profit in order to make up for the feed that we feed our animals. The good natured answer to that is "No, sorry for the Inconvienience."
We stand firm by if you cannot afford to pay for the animal you cannot afford to feed it. In that case we will not sale you the animal as we want them to go to a good home. Good animals arent cheap and cheap animals arent good!
Good question!
At Midgardr Acres we feed a highquality diet to our Goats and Cows of AlfAlfa hay during the winter times and always provide minerals to keep their health and coats in good shape.
Summer and spring feed consists of Alfalfa mix Grass hay to keep them full and their tummies healthy so they dont bloat.
Our chickens and ducks get Nutridrench made for each species, to keep their health up, and are fed Durmor layer during the summer, and spring. Our flocks are allowed to graze for bugs during this time as well. we also use Peremethrin dust once a year on our ducks and chickens to keep them mite free.
Fall and Winter feeding we add a bit of cracked corn to their diet to keep them in tip top shape for the winter months.
